課程概述	本課程所涵蓋範圍包括歐盟、亞洲鄰國(日本與中國)、美國與我國之農業機械相關之法規，以及相關之國際標準與我國國家標準(CNS)。以經濟合作發展組織(OECD) 及先進國家對於產品全生命週期的關注與要求觀點，當將農業機械是為一商品時，其在市面上之販售、維修與保養，均涉及產品品質、性能與安全課題均應予適當、合理地管理。基於此，對於農業機械的整體性考量與評價之面向，除傳統僅專注於”功能性(functionility)”外，國家公權力對於農機設備之”性能”、”安全”、以及全生命週期之”品質”要求，已有積極性與進步性的管理方法。此外，為達成法規上的要求，在技術上亦有相當數量的國際標準可做為解決方案的對應。本課程內含有以商品管理為觀點的法規系統(歐盟)及政策性支持農機產業的法規系統(亞洲國家)兩種區域/國家法規要求類型、及以農業機械國際標準做為整體技術內涵的呈現。藉由系統性的研討，意圖建構完整的農業機械研發產品的觀念。
課程目標	協助學生對於國際上對於農業機械之品質、性能與安全的規範要求，建立系統性的觀念。
課程要求	課前預讀資料；課程中導讀資料、討論及評論主題；期末總結報告。
